Withdrawal and Return Policy

Customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 calender days of receiving their order, without giving any reason. The withdrawal period begins on the day you, or a third party designated by you, receives the last item of your order. The period includes weekends and public holidays.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. Please return the item in its original packaging whenever possible. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to start a return

To start a return or exercise your right of withdrawal, you can contact us through the contact form or through the return option in your Shopify account.

Once you submit a withdrawal or return request through your customer account, you will receive an automatic confirmation email.

If your return request is accepted,
we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label where appropriate.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return shipping costs

If you exercise your statutory
right of withdrawal and return an item without any defect or damage, you are responsible for the cost of returning the item.

If you are returning an item because it arrived damaged, defective, or because you received the wrong item, we will cover the reasonable return shipping costs.
Please contact us before sending the item back so that we can provide
instructions and, where applicable, a prepaid return shipping label.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon
reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable
items

Certain types of items cannot be returned or are excluded from the statutory right of withdrawal, including custom-made or commissioned products (such as custom paper
cuts) and digital products (such as PDFs or videos).

Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Please note that import duties,
customs charges, and taxes paid in the destination country cannot be
refunded.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have
received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
